Report problems promptly. Report wrong seats, a wrong game, or tickets that never arrived as soon as you notice, and no later than the end of the game. The seller is paid 3 business days after the game ends, and reporting pauses that payout while we review. Once the seller is paid, the sale is complete and you agree not to dispute it through your bank for an issue you did not report. If we confirm a problem, you’re refunded in full, including fees and tax.
